Code of Conduct

1. General Principle

The Tunisian Chemical Society (SCT) is committed to fostering a scientific environment based on respect, integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.

2. Scope

This Code of Conduct applies to all participants involved in activities organized or supported by SCT, including conferences, scientific meetings, workshops, training sessions, and online events.

3. Expected Behavior

Participants are expected to:

• Respect individuals, diversity, and differing opinions
• Maintain professional and respectful behavior at all times
• Refrain from harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or abusive conduct
• Comply with event guidelines, confidentiality requirements, and security rules

4. Reporting

Any incident or violation may be reported to event organizers or through the official SCT communication channels. Reports will be handled seriously and confidentially.

5. Measures

In case of breach of this Code, SCT reserves the right to take appropriate measures depending on the severity of the violation, including warning, removal from an event, or restriction of participation.
